Madhu is a seasoned Product Management Specialist, Enterprise Architect, Digital Transformation Expert,and innovative leader directing Cloud Sight’s research and development team, applying mathematical and computing models in the custom development of large-scale data integration. His strong operational focus, based on data and customer insight, is used to inform, persuade, and enable the strategy. He is a proven cross-cultural, multi-national executive with strong language and exceptional influencing skills. An innovator with a deep grasp of technology, change management, demand generation, and team building across UK, EMEA, APAC and the USA.
Prior starting CloudSight, he was working on various positions in HealthEC,a US Healthcare product development company, providing healthcare IT solutions for various clients. He has also held various positions with Microsoft, Amazon in his past. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from MIT and Post Graduate Degree in AI from University of Texas, Austin.

Swapnil Baxi is Tech Junkie, with over 18+ years of technology experience to the table. He specializes in architecting high performance solutions owing to his vast technology background & strong domain expertise in Healthcare, GIS Mapping, supply chain management, enterprise middle-ware, retail and e-commerce.
Previously he has worked on various positions in HealthEC, a US Healthcare product development company,providing healthcare IT solutions for various clients. He has also held various positions with eCosmos, and Cadd Systems in his past.
He has done his Graduation in Electronics from DAVV and Master’s Degree in Computer Science from RGPV.
